SustainIQ see period of rapid expansion in the Irish Market in response to emerging ESG requirements

SustainIQ is delighted to announce recent rapid expansion in the Irish market in 2023.

SustainIQ is the only ESG reporting software you’ll need for your business. Currently used by companies across various industries including FMCG, construction, electronics manufacturing, technology, and public sector, SustainIQ is helping users in 30 countries worldwide to improve their sustainability reporting processes.

With the requirement to report in line with The Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD) impending, many businesses are rethinking how they capture their ESG data. Working with SustainIQ allows businesses to pull data from multiple sites and locations across the organisation to streamline the process of collecting and reporting on ESG data.

Using the system, users can ensure compliance with emerging regulation such as the CSRD or utilise the data to excel commercially as public sector and private sector organisations procure more sustainably.

SustainIQ Co-Founder Liam McEvoy said, “We are delighted to be expanding our presence into the Irish Market working with businesses such as John Paul Construction, Elliot Group and Asgatech Group. With regulations such as CSRD incoming, it is great to see businesses getting ahead of the curve and leveraging tech to prepare for requirements well in advance.”

SustainIQ is the only ESG reporting software you'll need.

The CSRD is an emerging regulation from the EU Commission that will see upward of 50,000 EU organisations having to measure, monitor, report and disclose information on their sustainability performance. Large organisations in EU member states from January 2024 will have to begin the process of data capture, with first disclosures for certain companies due in January 2025.

Commenting on the upcoming requirements, Liam continued “SustainIQ has already proven instrumental for many businesses, ensuring that we align with the unique needs and challenges of individual organisations. Within those challenges lies the emerging CSRD requirements for which we are working with clients to address concerns and help them prepare.

“Our continued growth in the Irish market is exciting, and we’re looking forward to continued growth as we come to the end of 2023 and move in to 2024. We look forward to working with and supporting more EU organisations with the shifting landscape that is emerging both in the EU and on a wider global scale”.
