SustainIQ shortlisted for Sustainability Project of the Year in Digital DNA Awards 2022

SustainIQ are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Sustainability Project of the Year category in this years’ Digital DNA Awards.

Digital DNA represents the best of the best in the Tech industry in Northern Ireland. Across Northern Ireland, 15% of all emerging job opportunities are tech-focused, with the industry having a combined turnover of £3bn in 2021.

Northern Ireland has increasingly had a reputation in recent years as a growing disruptor in the tech industry both UK Wide, and on an international level, with the best minds in technology stepping out of our local economy to offer innovation solutions.

Being shortlisted as an emerging Sustainability Technology leader in Northern Ireland by Digital DNA is a huge accomplishment for our team, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Digital DNA for the continued recognition amongst the best minds in tech.

SustainIQ has been named among iTouch, LoweConex, Foods Connected, Smarts, Esri Ireland, The Electric Storage Company and Responsible - truly inspirational teams that are making changes in sectors all across our economy.

On hearing the announcement of the shortlist, Co-Founder Maria had this to say:

“We feel very privileged to be shortlisted along such fantastic organisations in the sustainability space that are changing the narrative around the role of sustainability in business,” Maria said.

“I am proud to be leading a growing team of truly inspirational people that have embraced the SustainIQ ethos and values, working with real passion to change our world, for good.”

“Thank you to team Digital DNA - we're looking forward to the awards on 28th April! May the best Sustainable Project win!”

Fellow Co-Founder Liam McEvoy had this to add, “We’re delighted to have been recognised and shortlisted for the Digital DNA Awards. As Co-Founder, I am ecstatic to see SustainIQ growing from strength to strength, with our team expanding in the last year, our client network expanding and our impact to change the world growing also.

It feels extremely rewarding to see years of hard work, determination and graft coming together before my eyes, and to be recognised by such a prestigious award in Northern Ireland is really gratifying. Thank you Digital DNA!”

The awards ceremony will take place on the 28th April in the ICC Belfast - we’re looking forward to a night of connecting and networking with the Tech industry in Belfast.
